Welcome to Creative Images Salon!

We have been serving the Community since 1997 in historic downtown New Baltimore. Although we have been in the same location for many years, our staff and services have grown and changed to meet today's styles and service needs. With a staff of 10 experts in the beauty field, we can create the perfect look for you.

Sandy Gier, the owner, and hairstylist along with her husband Dave have been remodeling and rebranding Creative Images Salon with input and help from our staff we have a wonderful new look and feel.

Our professional products will enhance and protect your hair, nails, and skin and leave you feeling beautiful for weeks.

New and exciting handcrafted items arrive weekly in our recently updated space. Be sure to visit our Touch of Home Design loft, where you can explore the best interior items and gifts for home.

New colors and hair styling for men, women, and children, and services like our Spa Facial room, along with manicure and pedicure services are just some things that make us your best choice for the look you want.

Ramona

Hi, I’m Ramona, I've been in business for 30 years as a nail tech and have met so many wonderful people! I was also invited to help write the state board exam, which was so informative and exciting. I offer services to women and men, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish manicures as well as artificial applications. I even had a gentleman once who needed acrylics on one hand " to pick his guitar"; how cool is that! I would love to meet you and service your needs. Dawnn has extensive traveled training. Dawnn welcomes men and women for hair coaching! (Cuts, colors and perms) She is known for her signature shampoo massage.

My name is Mira. I'm originally from Ukraine but lived in US over 20 years. I have been CNA for over 15 years, and after all that time, I decided to change my job. So, I went to beauty school and got my license to become a hair stylist. I am so happy I did it, because I love working with people and hope I can make their life better and make them feel better, more beautiful, and more confident!

Karen Goulais

Clinical Esthetician

I obtained my cosmetology license in 1985. Inspired to start a career as an esthetic, I connected with a European esthetician that graciously took me under her wing and began teaching me the world of esthetics. Thus launched my first job at a salon where I offered European facials and make-up consults and application.

I worked in California at the exclusive Golden Door Spa as a beauty therapist. Before long I was appointed Golden Door Educator for treatment protocol.

I attended the International Dermal Institute where I received advanced training in esthetics including acne causes, treatments, aromatherapy, and reflexology.

Friends and family persuaded me to move back home to Michigan where I advanced my career in clinical esthetics while working with Doctor Predeteanu.

I currently work in the company of Dr. El-Hoshy and his staff at Somerset Dermatology Institute (www.elhoshy.com) and with Creative Images Salon offering esthetic services to my clients. My passion for work continues in this ever-changing field.
